Laundry container contents are washed, dried, folded, packaged and returned as agreed. Medium/dark colours are washed separate to whites with all clothes dried on medium heat, unless otherwise specified.
While Ipswich Laundry Service makes every effort to catch any “non-laundering” garments, we are not responsible for damage to non-washable clothing received in laundry bags.
CHARGES: Payment is made via a holding payment when your booking is made. Your items are weighed, sorted and laundered. Four our regular recuring customers, payments are generally taken the Monday following your service. Any dispute with payment should be brought to our attention within 48 hours or all payments are final.
PICK-UP & DELIVERY: Ipswich Laundry Service is not responsible for the status of clothing items before pick-up and after they have been returned to the client.
RETURN POLICY: Ipswich Laundry Service is committed to your complete satisfaction. Ipswich Laundry Service offers 100% satisfaction guarantee. You must provide a return notification within 48 hours of your washing being returned to you. Your return must be returned within 7 days. Maximum liability of your products to be two times the service value. For example, if Ipswich Laundry Service damage a shirt and your order is to the value of $60 then your maximum compensation is $120 in store credit.
