Yes you can. If our clients require personalised detergents, then we ask you to provide your detergent which we will gladly utilise for your services.
Our laundry utilises a number of branded equipment including Speed Queen. Our facility has five 8 Kg, two 6kg, two 10kg and one 18 kg washing machine with most offering a very smart water saving options. In addition, we have five 9kg and four 13kg dryers which again, provide different drying features which is utilised to match material, conditions and heat requirements.
Ipswich Laundry Service offers for our regular customers, a full laundry service offering. These services consist of our wash and Dry, Iron, Alterations & Repairs and we are agents for Dry Cleaning.
All you need to do, is separate the items in their own bag, with a quick note and we will arrange for the additional service.

Ipswich Laundry Service offers a five day per week pick up only laundry service. We do not have drop off services. We are fully operational from 7 am to 3 pm Monday to Friday and available seven days per week with after hour messaging available for bookings.
Our driver can not offer an exact time of day that we will pick up each service as we have many clients which change from week to week. This change may determine that we leave your pickup this week until later in the day, whereas next week, we may pick your laundry up first thing in the morning. As long as your laundry is on your doorstep by 8 am each morning, we will be there to pick it up.
Ipswich Laundry Service offers each of our regular customers a weatherproof laundry container. By no means is this container waterproof, however it does keep out the rain, wind and most moisture. In addition, we cover all our ironing in dry cleaning plastic which again keeps most moisture off your items.
In addition, if it rains, you may find your ironing hanging under the house, on the rear patio or in the garage. However, rest assured, we will let you know were we have stored it if it is not the normal spot.

During their induction, they complete two weeks of driving which covers all customer pick-ups and deliveries, so our drivers know where to pick up from and drop off to.

Should an item be lost or damaged while in our care, we will offer you our service guarantee, being the cost of replacing the item or up to the value of your last service, whichever is less. For example, if you engage us in a service with a cost of $100 in ironing, and an item is damaged or lost, we will cover the cost to replace that item or up to $300 whichever is less.
